Trucker

Running 1h 30m and made in the United States, Trucker (2003) is a film in the 123movies catalog. The cast includes Chris Steele and Jason Land; John Bruno directs. 1 vote put it at 10/10. The opening shots of director John Bruno's "Trucker" actually do show a big rig or two, but the main trucker here is the character played by a menacing Chris Steele, at his hairiest and most butch, a nefarious man who keeps a modern-day harem of manly men for his sexual use.
